Below you will find a comprehensive list of new features, cosmetics and balance changes that are currently active in the PBE relative to the live server. These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

  • Stats
    • Base attack damage increased to 58 from 55.
  • Breath of Light Breath of Light
    • New Effect: 1 second's worth of mana cost is now forcibly consumed on-cast. For this second only, any additional mana cost the user would incur is discarded.
      • Mana cost changed to [30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 + 15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25 per 0.5 seconds after 1 second] from [15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25 per 0.5 seconds].
  • Astral Flight Astral Flight
    • Base target range increased to 1500 / 1600 / 1700 / 1800 / 1900 from 1200 at all ranks.
  • Singularity Singularity
    • Removed: Champion-summoned units classified as minions no longer have their movement speed reduced to 0 while within its area.
    • Mana cost reduced to 80 at all ranks from 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100.
  • Falling Star Falling Star
    • AP ratio increased to 75% AP from 65% AP.
  • The Skies Descend The Skies Descend
    • Star damage modifier unchanged at 125%.
      • Star AP ratio increased to 93.75% AP from 81.25% AP.
    • Shockwave base damage modifier reduced to 90% from 100%.
      • Shockwave base damage increased to 180 / 292.5 / 405 from 150 / 250 / 350.
      • Shockwave AP ratio increased to 67.5% AP from 65% AP.
Aurora Aurora - New champion
  • Spirit Abjuration Spirit Abjuration - Innate
    • Innate: Aurora's damaging basic attacks and abilities apply a stack of Spirit Abjuration to enemies for 4 seconds, refreshing on subsequent applications and stacking up to 3 times. The third stack against a target consumes them all to deal bonus magic damage equal to 6% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health.
    • Upon consuming the stacks from a Champion icon champion or epic Monster icon monster, Aurora additionally exorcises them, entering Spirit Mode for 3 seconds and freeing a Spirit that follows her for the same duration. Subsequent exorcisms refresh the duration of both effects and free further Spirits.
    • Spirit Mode: Aurora Heal power icon heals herself for 5 − 22 (based on level) (+ 2.5% AP) every second and gains Movement speed icon 5% − 10% (based on level) (+ 3% per 100 AP) (+ 5% − 20% (based on active Spirits)) bonus movement speed.
  • Twofold Hex Twofold Hex - Q
    • Active: Aurora fires a bolt of energy in the target direction that deals 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to enemies hit, reduced to 50% against Minion icon minions, and marks them with a curse for 5 seconds.
    • Twofold Hex can be recast after 0.5 seconds of marking at least one target.
    • Recast: Aurora expunges the curse from all marked targets, drawing the spiritual energy back to her as bolts that each deal the same magic damage to all enemies they pass through, increased by 0% − 50% (based on target's missing health). Subsequent bolts against an enemy deal 20% damage.
    • Cost: 60 mana.
    • Cooldown: 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 seconds.
    • Cast Time: 0.25 seconds.
  • Across the Veil Across the Veil - W
    • Active: Aurora Dash hops in the target direction inside a portal to the Spirit Realm over 0.4 seconds. Upon landing she becomes Twilight Shroud old2 invisible for 1 / 1.15 / 1.3 / 1.45 / 1.6 seconds and enters Spirit Mode Spirit Mode for 3 seconds.
    • Scoring a Damage rating takedown against an enemy Champion icon champion within 3 seconds of damaging them resets Across the Veil's Cooldown icon cooldown.
    • Cost: 80 mana.
    • Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 seconds.
    • Cast Time: None.
  • The Weirding The Weirding - E
    • Active: Aurora blasts energy in a line in the target direction and Dash recoils in the opposite direction. The blast deals 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 80% AP) magic damage to enemies hit and Slow icon slows them by 80% decaying over 1 second.
    • Cost: 80 mana.
    • Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds.
    • Cast Time: 0.35 seconds.
  • Between Worlds Between Worlds - R
    • Active: Aurora Dash leaps in the target direction with Unstoppable icon displacement immunity while unleashing a pulse of energy at a set location in front of her, both over 0.5 seconds. The pulse expands in a radius from the location over the next 0.75 seconds, dealing 180 / 265 / 350 (+ 65% AP) magic damage to enemies hit and Slow icon slowing them by 30% for 2 seconds. Once the pulse has fully expanded, it manifests a circular rift to the Spirit Realm for 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds.
    • While Aurora is inside the rift, she enters Spirit Mode Spirit Mode for the rift's duration and empowers it with doubled Movement speed icon movement speed.
    • Aurora and enemies within the rift are trapped inside. If Aurora touches the border, she Dash dashes to the diametrically opposite side of the rift over 0.4 seconds, becoming Untargetable icon untargetable and Lockout icon 2 unable to act during the travel. If an enemy Champion icon champion or Summon Tibbers pet touches the border, they are Airborne icon knocked back 75 units and Slow icon slowed by 75% for 1.5 seconds. Enemy Minion icon minions that touch the border are Death from Below executed.
    • Between Worlds can be recast after 1 second of unleashing the pulse.
    • Recast: Aurora closes the rift prematurely.
    • Cost: 100 mana.
    • Cooldown: 140 / 120 / 100 seconds.
    • Cast Time: None
    • Collision Radius: Range center 25.

  • Stats
    • Health growth increased to 106 from 99.
  • Spirit of Dread Spirit of Dread
    • Healing increased to 25% from 20%.
    • Duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
    • Cooldown reduced to 14 seconds at all ranks from 16 / 15.5 / 15 / 14.5 / 14.
  • Devastating Charge Devastating Charge
    • Cooldown changed to 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 seconds from 18 at all ranks.
Irelia Irelia
  • Stats
    • Attack damage growth reduced to 3.5 from 4.
  • Ionian Fervor Ionian Fervor
    • Attack speed per stack changed to 7.5% − 25% (based on level) from 7.5% − 20% (based on level). Now scales with every level.
      • Maximum attack speed changed to 30% − 100% (based on level) from 30% − 80% (based on level).
Lillia Lillia
  • Dream-Laden Bough Dream-Laden Bough
    • Subsequent target healing modifier reduced to 15% from 33%.
  • Swirlseed Swirlseed
    • Base damage reduced to 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 from 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170.
    • AP ratio reduced to 50% AP from 60% AP.
Milio Milio
  • Fired Up! Fired Up!
    • Burst damage changed to 7 / 11 / 15% (based on level) of enchanted target's AD from 15% AD.
    • Burn damage reduced to 10 − 50 (based on level) from 15 − 50 (based on level).
  • Ultra Mega Fire Kick Ultra Mega Fire Kick
    • New Effect: Now refunds 50% of the mana cost if either part hits at least one enemy champion.
    • Range increased to 1200 units from 1000.
    • Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds from 12.
  • Cozy Campfire Cozy Campfire
    • Recast target range increased to 3000 from 700.
  • Warm Hugs Warm Hugs
    • Base shield reduced to 45 / 75 / 105 / 135 / 165 from 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180.
    • AP ratio increased to 45% AP from 30% AP.

    • Base damage reduced to 55 / 100 / 145 / 190 from 60 / 110 / 160 / 210.
    • New Effect: Damage now scales with 50% bonus AD.

    • AP ratio reduced to 40% AP from 45% AP.
