Tetra are passive creatures (fish) found in the super-rare lakes at the bottom of Frost caves of the Mountain biome.
They can be caught with a fishing pole using Cold fishing bait which can be crafted at the cauldron by combining 20 Fishing bait and a Fenring trophy.
