• Necks appear to be combination of a lizard and a frog due to the presence of lily pads on their bodies and their proclivity for hanging around marshy pond areas. This alludes to their mythological counterpart's nature as humanoid, shapeshifting water spirits.
• Necks are typically found near shorelines. Especially during rainy weather, necks may be present further inland.
• They seem to be capable of eating planted crops, such as onions. Beware when growing things where necks can spawn!
