Seeker broods are aggressive creatures found within infested mines in the Mistlands.

Seekers are large insect-like creatures with traits similar to beetles, ants, and bees. Seeker broods resemble a miniature version of the ordinary seekers, though with a softer yellow carapace. As they are only found within well-protected Seeker nests within Infested Mines, they appear to be Seeker young and not a separate caste.

Trivia[]

  • For Seeker eggs, the 50% chance is checked separately for stepping and destroying, This results in 75% spawn chance when trying to step on them first.
  • Real-life insects like ants and bees emerge from their pupal stage as fully grown adults.
  • Seeker hives produce Royal Jelly, which in real life is produced by worker bees and fed to larvae, particularly to produce new queens. Because of this, it can be presumed that the Royal Jelly that Broods drop was eaten by them, not produced by them.
