The cauldron is a crafting station used to prepare food and mead bases. It requires a fire source underneath to operate, such as a campfire or hearth.

Building[]

Cauldrons can be placed using the Hammer, found under the Crafting tab. A fire does not need to be present to place a cauldron, only to use/craft with it.

The cauldron recipe is unlocked only when the player smelts tin for the first time and has a forge built.

Upgrades[]

Upgrading a cauldron enables additional crafting recipes. A cauldron can be upgraded up to level 6 by building the following structures near it:

Recipes[]

Mead bases need to be further processed using a fermenter to obtain the corresponding meads. Select uncooked foods (from level 4 onwards) need to be cooked in a stone oven.
