Perseverance

Garen Perseverance WR

Innate: Garen Health regeneration icon regenerates 2.2% − 5% (based on level) missing health every second.

Regeneration will pause for 5 seconds if Garen takes damage from enemy Champion icon champions, epic Monster icon monsters, or enemy Turret icon turrets, or if he is hit by an enemy ability or affected by an enemy summoner spell, refreshing on subsequent hits.

  • Perseverance does not go on nor refresh the cooldown from damage which was fully prevented by a Hybrid resistances icon shield or Cosmic Radiance invulnerability.

Decisive Strike

Garen Decisive Strike WR

Active: Garen Remove Scurvy cleanses from all Slow icon slows and gains Movement speed icon 35% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. He also empowers his next basic attack within 3 seconds to have an Blitzcrank Power Fist old uncancellable windup, Bear Stance lunge at the target, deal bonus physical damage, and Silence icon WR silence them for 1.5 seconds.

Bonus Physical Damage:
40 / 80 / 120 / 160 (+ 40% AD)

Decisive Strike Bladework resets Garen's basic attack timer.

  • The attack will still complete and hit the target even if they become Playful untargetable during the attack's windup.
  • Decisive Strike will not prevent future slows (e.g. persistent slows like Mega Adhesive Mega Adhesive).

PENDING FOR TEST: Spell Shield Spell shield will only negate the Silence icon WR silence.

Courage

Garen Courage WR

Active: Garen gains 80 / 30% (based on seconds) incoming damage reduction for 4 seconds. He also gains Tenacity icon 60% tenacity for 1 second.

  • The tenacity Additive stacking icon stacks additively with the tenacity reduction from Brittle icon Brittle, but multiplicatively with other sources.

Judgment

Garen Judgment WR

Active: Garen rapidly spins his sword around, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies every 0.375 seconds over 3 seconds, and becoming Lockout icon 2 unable to basic attack. This will Critical strike icon critically strike enemies hit at the edge.

12 / 16 / 20 / 24 (+ 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD)
Total Physical Damage:
96 / 128 / 160 / 192 (+ 280 / 320 / 360 / 400% AD)
Critical Damage:

Garen Judgment 2 WR

Recast: Judgment can be recast after 1 second to end early, and does so automatically after the duration.

Judgment deals 60 / 80 / 100% (based on level) damage against Monster icon monsters.

  • The initial cast counts as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects such as Sheen item Spellblade and triggering Force Pulse Force Pulse passive.
    • Deactivating the ability manually does not.

Demacian Justice

Garen Demacian Justice WR

Active: Garen calls upon the might of DEMACIA onto the target enemy Champion icon champion, dealing true damage as well as True Sight icon revealing them for 1 second at the start of the cast time. Surrounding enemies are dealt 50% damage.

True Damage:
150 / 250 / 350 (+ 15% (+ 12% per 100 bonus AD) target's missing health)
Reduced Damage:
75 / 125 / 175 (+ 7.5% (+ 6% per 100 bonus AD) target's missing health)

Demacian Justice deals a maximum 600 damage against Monster icon epic monsters.
