Chum the Waters

Chum the Waters

Active: Fizz throws a lure in the target direction, stopping upon reaching maximum range and remaining at the location for up to 2 seconds. After the duration, a shark emerges from beneath and chomps at the lure, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies, Airborne icon WR knocking them aside, and Slow icon slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds.

The further the lure travels, the larger the shark it attracts, increasing Chum the Waters' damage, slow, and radius. The slow is increased by up to 80%.

Minimum Magic Damage:
150 / 250 / 350 (+ 60% AP)
Maximum Magic Damage:
300 / 400 / 500 (+ 120% AP)

If the lure comes into contact with an enemy Champion icon champion during its travel, it attaches to them for the duration and the emerge Airborne icon knocks them up for 1 second instead of knocking them aside.
