    • Scuttle's home in the bottom of the map has been updated to provide more opportunity for strategic vision play.

    • Bug Fix: Champions participating in URF Deathmatch do not permanently lose access to abilities after the event is over.

    • Base movement speed increased 419 from 320.
    • Bonus attack damage changed to 1 per stack from 0.25%.
    • New Effect: Its first basic attack against an enemy now always knocks them back.
    • New Effect: Attacks now slow by 20% for 3 seconds.
    • New Effect: Gains 186 bonus movement speed and 1 base movement speed whenever it first detects a champion.

  • Nexus Blitz return to live servers from July 22nd, 2020 (11:59 PM PDT) to August 24th, 2020 (11:59 PM PDT).
  • Nexus Blitz returns with the Spirit Blossom event, now permanently set in the Temple of Lily and Lotus, a long-forgotten temple of the Canghapi vastaya.
  • New champion balancing: now uses the same system as in URF or ARAM, instead of individual stat balancing.
  • New items: Moonflair Spellblade Moonflair Spellblade and The Golden Spatula The Golden Spatula.
  • Removed items: Heart of Targon Heart of Targon and Philosopher's Medallion Philosopher's Medallion.
  • New events: Protect the Soraka Protect the Soraka and DPS Check DPS Check.
  • New reward: Aspect of the Dragon Aspect of the Dragon.
  • New event win bonus: One-time Empowered Recall Empowered Recall and empowered Homeguards.
  • There are no Nexus turrets anymore, instead the Nexus itself can attack enemies.
  • The map now features one jungle guardian for each team. The jungle guardian looks similar to the Blue Sentinel Blue Sentinel, deals high damage and prevents the enemy team from invading the upper part of the team's jungle.
  • The map now also features two catapults on each side of jungle at the beginning of the game. One near the jungle guardian, another below the bottom lane. These are accessible for both sides of the game, and the landing location is fixed for each catapult.
