Pine is a type of tree that can be found in the Black Forest biome. It is characterized by its tall, skinny trunk. A Stone axe or better is required to damage it.
Pine trees produce Wood and Core wood when destroyed. The yield of each type of wood appears to be random, however, a pine tree will always drop 30 pieces of wood total.
Pine cones can be planted with a cultivator to grow more Pine. Pine trees can be planted in the Meadows. The low drop rate on the Pine Cones makes Pine, and thus Core wood, unsustainable.
