The workshop is a facility which allows a staffed engineer to create two worker gremlins that can staff adjacent rooms. The gremlins may perform any job that an engineer could normally perform, including excavation, construction, and staffing.
Gremlins may only be sent to rooms directly above, below, or to the left or right. They may not be sent to diagonally adjacent rooms, nor to nonadjacent rooms.
