"No respite for the dead. It seems the aliens have found a way to mind control them now" ~Central Officer Bradford

Psi Zombies are enemies summoned by the Sectoid's Raise Zombie ability and the Gatekeeper's Gateway ability. Any humanoid enemy may be risen as a psi zombie. These enemies cannot do anything except shamble forward and deliver melee attacks. Unlike other melee attackers such as rangers and stun lancers, they cannot attack after dashing, but their attack is still incredibly powerful all the same.

Enemy behavior is processed one action at a time. Figure out what they will do in the first action, and then figure out what they will do in the second action from their new position with their last action point. Actions are bolded. Actions higher on the list are always attempted first if the conditions are met. The conditions are italicized.
