Dr. Boom, Mad Genius
There is definitely some questions about how this card works, so here's the deal!
- Dr. Boom's Hero Power is randomized every turn. It randomizes on your opponent's turn so they can see what to expect.
- You can never get the same hero power in a row.
- Dr. Boom does not appear in the Arena.
These are his different emotes.
- Greetings: "Here comes the BOOM!"
- Well Played: "You. You're good."
- Thanks: "Thanks! I'll destroy you last."
- Wow: "NICE!"
- Oops: "Huh. Failure IS an option."
- Threaten: "Don't make me push buttons!"
Here are his five different hero powers.
Puzzle Lab
The Puzzle Lab will become available starting August 21.
When you experience The Boomsday Project’s free single-player content, The Puzzle Lab, you’ll discover that science is fun! And dangerous! Not necessarily in that order! You’ll need to get your security clearance before you can gain access to these secrets, though.
New Gameboard
New Card Backs
Below are two new card backs for The Boomsday Project. A pre-purchase exclusive back featuring Mech Jaraxxus and a card back available through the solo PVE content, Puzzle Labs.
Dude, go to your party lmao. The game will still be there once you get back ;)
Don't listen to him.
Your priorities are in order.
Release comes first.
Humans are bad.
Beep boop.
...beep.
You guys are funny! Who even wants to stay with people and socialize when I can socialize in game with my virtual friends!
And open really bad legendaries to get "haha"s in chat..
sob ;-;
You can still go to the party, open your packs right there and play a couple of games !
even with that, its take so much preparation and luck
It fails completely if you draw your Star Aligner before the Doubling Imps, so they are never on the left hand side of your hand. But I suppose you wouldn't expect it to work every game anyway.
To slow for current meta but who knows how balance will change. In my opinion it could mix well with big hunter but when you can achive board 3x y/7 you probably already won a game so there is no need for adding that kind of card into the deck.
Rusty Recycler - Ironic. It could recycle others, but not itself
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
The most ,,Hype" cards for alot of people are Mecha'Thun and Upgradeable Framebot
im positive about the expansion
No pirates or totems either.
Yes and it FeelsGoodMan.

So anyone else feel like this set kinda is Naxx 2.0? There's a crapload of Deathrattle triggers, things caring about other things dying, most minions are super sticky and there's even an effective Baron Rivendare reprint.
You cant call 'Naxx 2.0' because Naxxramas there were a lot more sweet stuff to deal with, taking an easy example: Most of the cards of Naxx had an 'active effect', own by the card, that activate when enter in field. Baron Rivendare, the fucking Kel'thuzad.. those cards when you play have instant effect and perma-efect, not a deathrate, not a battlecry, the card not need more cards to be strong, is strong itself.
Blizzard learn about that and i think they decided not print again cards like this, cards that are strong itself and are scary , no need other cards or synergy around to works, it fits every time, Dr.Bum, Loatheb, Feugen and Stalagg..
In essence, this exp looks sweet and cool with those support of mechas, prototype forbidden in the time, so thanks to god they returned.
But not a Naxx 2.0. Naxx every legendary minion have self value, here in new exp, a lot of cards are little trash and need other cards to works around, and some legends are a 'Wtf men, why you print that? A dinosaour legend that draws 5 secrets.. why is this legendary?'
ONLY 11 magnetic cards WTF?????
It looks a bit underwhelming, but pretty much every expansion that launches a new mechanic isn't filled to the brim with the keyword. Witchwood only had 13 cards with Echo, KnC only has 10 recruit cards, KFT uses lifesteal 14 times and so on so forth. Only keywords that become evergreen (used in multiple sets) really become seen a lot more, which off the top of my head the only ones are Lifesteal (because it was already in the game) Poisonous (once again, already in the game just needed a name) and Discover, the only actual mechanic added that has stayed around (might be wrong, yell at me if this claim is wrong).
Rush has also stuck around a bit, we're seeing it again in TBP after its introduction in Witchwood.
Yeah, Rush is basically the successor of Charge. I’d be very surprised if we see a card with Charge being printed again
11 seems a lot to me, was it sarcasm?
Why only paladin got secret?
