hunter's Play Dead costs 1... cost just doesn't make sense at all unless you use it to combo with cards that require big spells.. Even with prep that's 3 mana and 2 cards lost. Dissappointing imo
I guess it this expensive due to d existence of Preparation... :/ ...Preparation => Necrium Vial is still 2 mana... (aka 2 x Play Dead, so it is d same cost (2 mana, 2 cards) to proc deathrattle twice...)
We'd need a Deathrattle as strong as Sylvanas' to make this not a horrible tempo loss and we'll never get something on that powerlevel so this card is terrible in any MU that isn't snail slow... Why exactly is Play Dead 1 Mana while this is 5?! I highly doubt triggering the Deathrattle another time is worth 4 mana....
The truth is that this card should cost 3 at maximum but then there would be problems with Preparation making it cost 0,so please just nerf or HOF the card so you don't have to make any other spell overcosted just for that one interaction....

I'm really looking forward to Deathrattle rogue becoming a thing again. I feel like this may be a little over-costed though.

It's a worse Play Dead
so it's possibly 10/13 stats on board on turn 4 or turn 3 with coin, Devilsaur Egg and Preparation
What interaction were they scared of when they costed this at 5? Cairne? Sylvanas? Nothing seems so broken that they couldn't have priced it at 4

At 4 mana at least you can combo it with Mechanical Whelp but even that would be bad since it's a 10 mana combo that requires two cards.
For 3 mana instead you can just play Necrium Blade and get a free deathrattle ontop of a Fiery War Axe.
Play Dead: 1 Mana
Play Dead: 1 Mana
Two cards in one: 1 Mana
Have to do both copies of Play Dead on the same minion: obviously worth 2 Mana
See? Balanced.

Whenever I see an expensive rogue spell I just think what would this actually cost if Prep didn't exist.
