When he ws relevant to actually come back? He has nice synergy with new Boom but thats it. As DoubleSummon said, the game powerlevel is way beyond that card to be actually run in the deck. As a situational discover option? Sure As a part of your 30 card deck? Hell no.
This seems like it would fit into a tempo/midrange deck if it cares about rush, but at least off the top of my head I can't think of any smaller minions that you would want to give rush to so I don't see a use for the card. Later in the game, your mechs would have rush already from Dr. Boom or otherwise, you're playing a significantly smaller minion because you're spending 2 mana on this card.
Arcane Missiles --------> 2 mana deal 3 damage split among enemies and draw a card.
You know it will happen.
I'd be perfectly happy if they made more of these types of cards, it lets you have more consistency in your decks, i'd especially like it with Shield Slam so you could make a more armor focused control warrior and not rely on Execute, would probably have to cost 3 mana though

There is also Magnataur Alpha. The cleave combos are interesting, at least on paper.

I don't really think this will make the cut in a mech warrior deck, doesn't seem that strong to me, we'll see.

It’s better than Charge probably but Charge is bad.
Draw can help with fatigue decks or in combo decks like arcane giant decks/OTK decks. Works well with voodoo doll, loothoarder, etc

On paper it doesnt sound terrible, but in reality you rather run Brawl instead of 2 card combo.

In a set with buffs as a central theme (Magnetic) the ability to grant Rush or Charge is more useful than we are used to.
I prefer Skaterbot as it is cheaper and grants +1/+1 but this will also be useful, I reckon.
