Describing women's breasts that have been surgically altered. Her boobs were never that big before—I bet she had some bolt-on work done. These are not the result of bolt-on surgery, OK? The women in my family are just naturally well-endowed. That's definitely a bolt-on job. Come on, her boobs look completely unnatural!
