Staff of Fracturing

The Staff of Fracturing is a Magic weapon introduced in the Ashlands update. It works in a similar fashion to the Staff of embers, except that instead of a single fireball, it shoots 12 smaller projectiles that explode on impact against a target, if hitting the terrain instead, the projectiles will scatter around and also explode a moment later. Each "fractured" piece does blunt with a slight knockback and additional fire damage, which can light enemies on fire.

Due to the staff shooting individual projectiles, it can potentially deal higher damage against single targets than Staff of embers as the base damage shown is per projectile shot. Additionally, due to how fire damage works, each projectile causes fire to stack, providing a potentially higher damage over time than the Staff of embers, given a significant amount of projectiles reach the target.

Damage and eitr usage are dependent on the caster's Elemental magic skill level.
