this is like the only game I'm looking forward too. Other than maybe portal 2. Here's to hoping that it's not as dumbed down as DE2 was, and they add more to the higher difficulty levels other than just lower health
They should add that diffculty system the nameless mod has, like that you choose the amount of items found, amount of npcs etc.
interesting !
Mmmh Give me a good Story and the Fun Gameplay from Deus Ex 1 and I am happy Graphics should be good but don't want them to be to good (so I wouldn't be able to play teh game XD) the weapon screenshot also looks promesing:)
First thoughts:
Holy crap, an Unreal 3 Engine game that has realistic proportions and contrast! (Okay, not too sure about which engine they're using, actually)
Please tell me the Deus Ex 1 people are working on this and not the Invisible War people.
WTF were they smoking when they came up with that second image? (The one with all the people)
It's not UE3. It's the same tech that was behind Tomb Raider: Legend.
This is the most amazing news ive ever heard! By the way those of you seeking newer news on the game: go to the actual Deus Ex site and go to the Forums. You'll see ALOT more then here!
OMG! This will be ******* awesome, I just love the cyberpunk and the Deus Ex universe. Specially because everything makes logic.
This game looks excellent, at least in the screens.
the way it was explained to me is, the man responcible for the epicness that is Deus ex, does not work in that studio any more. and the same studio is making this one. if that is true, the staff know the style they should achieve (hopefully). so i remain optomistic that they can achieve somthing of similar quality (for it's time) with this new release, and not a big bucket of clusterfuck.
this better not be meant for the console like DX2 was, thats why DX2 was such a dissapointment. Ill be watching, because i LOVE Deus Ex
