I find the mod successful, but I have a hard time understanding the developers. For a long time they didn't release new versions of the mod here, then they started releasing them again, but at the same time they kept releasing them on their github page. They upload the full new versions here, but they still release new patches only on their github page. I don't understand why they choose to do it this way, but it only creates confusion for the community. Either keep releasing the mod only on Moddb or remove it from here. This mod is in a really big and annoying mess.
Prophesy of Pendor is much easier to play compared to Perisno, but I still found it boring. There's nothing to do. There were no interesting quests, and it's a very bland gameplay, just like in Native Warband, where you're constantly hunting bandits and then raising your reputation by joining tournaments.

This mod is pretty short at only 30-40 minutes but sweet!
You take the role of a prisoner in some kind of combine prison (?) Now you have to escape it
You have 3 weapons in the game, the wrench, the pistol, and the shotgun, with limited ammo and supplies. You also only get a select number of health items so be careful, especially playing the higher difficulties
Overall, I'd say if you wanna waste some time and play another cool/short HL2 mod, go play this!
Also, shoutout to the mod team for fixing the issue I had with the vents!

Yet another mod that's too hard to be fun. All the interesting content is locked behind tens of hours of grind. I also can't say I've come across any interesting quests. The early game is a mess. Gameplay is slow as a turtle and there is no intuitive on what you need to do to progress.I tried bandit hunting for a while after gathering soldiers from villages, but when I was defeated by a group of 15 men with my army of 50, I realized that this would not be possible. The soldiers from villages are too weak and the soldiers from city inns are too expensive. The only easy way to progress seems to be by participating in tournaments in cities like in native Warband. However, there were no tournaments in any of the cities in the kingdom I chose to start with. Then I completely lost interest in the mod when I saw that there were no tournaments in any of the other nearby kingdoms. At this point I had spent 10 days in the game and I had already lost all my patience and I didn't see any point in continuing.
Wow! What a game! There is nothing like a good WWII shooter. I created a GOG account specifically to play this. The gameplay is very similar to the first Call of Duty. It's also very hard on higher difficulties, so if you're new to the game, you might want to start on easy. My sole issue with this game is that there is no proper widescreen support. You have to do some configuration to get the game to fit your monitor resolution. PCGamingWiki is useful in situations like this. Aside from that, the game is excellent, and I highly recommend it if you enjoy old-school FPS games.

Is this a joke? If the mod's updates were going to be released on Steam, why was it posted here first? The last version released here is 7.1, but on Steam it says 8.0. Not everyone has to have this game on Steam! There are a lot of people who also use the GOG version. This is really one of the most ridiculous behavior I've ever seen.
This is one of if not the best Generals mod
Best story based HL2 mod that takes inspiration from F.E.A.R. that may or may not get chapter two some day.
Probably one of the BEST Carnivores mods here, and it would take alot of work to one up this mod.
BUT, where it could start to get better is by reducing lag on Hammond Sanctuary and reducing lag in TLW section of Sorna
