'The provincial government is providing a subsidy of Rs700 on each cotton
seed bag to farmers if they purchase it from the agriculture department,' they added.
He added that Rs 1000 subsidy on cotton
seed bag was being given to facilitate farmers.

seed bag. Subsidy vouchers would be provided in cotton
seed bags during April 2018.
The problem I have with preinoculated seeds is you never know how long the
seed bag has been in storage and under what conditions it has been stored.
Water above the packing is pumped out and a ram is placed in the well: "The ram is allowed to fall, striking the
seed bag first, thus preventing the water from escaping upward on account of the great pressure of the ram and causing the water, under the heavy pressure applied to it, to be forced out through the openings in the well-tubing and thus opening the crevices in the well."
Assume that there are [T.sub.i] ([T.sub.i] [is greater than] 1) plants for cycle i, and [N.sub.i] ([N.sub.i] [is greater than] 1) of them are selected with each contributing [S.sub.i] seeds to the
seed bag of Cycle i + 1.
