FM24 Training Ratings Calculator

Having a great coaching team is essential to developing young players efficiently. That basically means you need to have a good balance of coaches in terms of quality but also quantity. Obviously quality should be your priority and that is the sole purpose of this coach rating calculator; how many stars a coach will have when assigned to a single training area. The size of your coaching team (quantity) also matters because once a coach is assigned to more than one training area, his star rating will drop.

There is a coach formula in place that defines the star ratings for coaches in each of the currently 11 training areas in Football Manager 2024. The formula has changed throughout the years, but we have figured out the FM2024 formula for training ratings and this calculator reflects that. So before you sign a new coach for your team, make sure to check him against our coach rating calculator.

We have updated this tool to account for Set Piece coaches which is a brand new staff role in FM24. The 2 new attribute fields you need to fill out are Set Pieces and Tactical Knowledge. You still need to input the 3 mental attributes though.
