Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugaev said that India has concluded USD 14, 5 billion arms deals with Russia over the past two years, including the (S400) missile system, Warships, and special equipment for land, sea and air forces.
The
Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation also added on Wednesday that Moscow will deliver S-400 Triumf missile defense systems to Turkey by the end of this year.

Defense officials from the Philippines met recently with the Russian
