Historical Project Mod Plus (HPMP) is a stand-alone update built on HPM 0.4.6.3, building upon it with both bug fixes, and an Expansion of several HPM mechanics I really liked, but felt underdeveloped.

Patch to fix a bug I've seen a lot of people mention
New update, this one has quite a bit in it, mostly bugfixes, but also some cool new features.
New Version that I wanted to rush out because of some issues with 7.0 I became aware of thanks to comments here and on the mods discord, thanks for letting...
Finally I'm back with a new version. Life became busy for me these last few months, so sorry, but I finally had the time/willpower to make a new update...
Version 6 came out a little early, but I wanted people to see the new features, and I made a github, so decided to push this out with the first github...

My suggestions for the mod.
-Decisions for Brazil, Venezuela or Gran Colombia for buying the Guyanas if they are a great power and has plus 100 relations with the owner of the colony.
-A decision for France to add Wallonian as accepted culture.
-Great Finland only requires you to be very strong, maybe gp or secondary gp (it is very hard to become an authoritarian country since when you become independent you can only become HMs government or republic) and add estonian as accepted culture. Also maybe a decision that gives you a huge assimilation rate for some years if you conquer all Great Finland cores.
-A decision for the Netherlands to assimilate wallonians if they conquer Belgium.
-A North Italian Confederation that could be created by Austria as a puppet state.
-Decisions for France regarding Haiti, like assimilation decisions or maybe an event if they reconquer it.
-Maybe precious metals event for Brazil since IRL they had and still have tons of gold mines (maybe not as much as Mexico or the US).
-A decision for Germany to annex Switzerland and Swiss culture as accepted, it would give like 15/20 infamy since Switzerland is such a small country and would only appear if Germany owns all Austrian cores (if it's Grossdeutschland) it would give an event to the Swiss asking if they want to incorporate to Germany, very likely saying no and going war with Germany.
-A decision for Scandinavian countries to have a baby boom event requiring them to be great power and have over 80 industrial score.
-Give the Mexican state of Coahuila an iron RGO event since irl it was and is one of the most industrialized parts of Mexico because of it's heavy industry
-A decision for Austria to annex South German Federation for infamy giving the SGF an event where they can accept or go to war with Austria.
-Event for France for annexing Luxembourg, almost happened irl but France backed out because they feared Prussia. It would give an event for Prussia to accept it or tell France to get off.
-Decision for Ukraine to form Kievan Rus.
- Maybe change a little Germany's colour to a lighter grey if it gets formed by a South German nation (like Italy if they get formed by a South Italian) or to White if it gets formed by Austria.
- Japanese decision to form Manchukuo as a puppet if they have Manchuria sphered and another decision for annexing them as colony.
- Decision to burn down the White House if DC is controlled in a war.
- A decision for Yugoslavia to add Bulgarian as accepted culture if they have control over Bulgaria.
-Decision for Turkey for gaining cores on all of Greece, would give a lot of infamy.
- Assimilation/ethnic cleansing decisions for the Turks if they control all of Greece
- Give Mexico the decision to buy Alaska if they are a great power and the US has no access to the Pacific.
- Zimmerman Telegram decision for Germany if they are in a Great War against the US.
- Add more independent nations for Brazil so they are less op and more divided, also maybe some debuffs for Brazil so the war against Rio Grande do Sul last longer (irl it lasted 10 years).
- Make it so chinese treaty ports get baby boom effect and may be more likely to change RGO to precious goods.
- Change Quebec cultures to French Canadian (primary) and French (accepted culture).
- If the Golden Circle forms, add a decision to change it's capital to Habana since that's what the knights of the golden ring wanted irl.
- Danubian Federation can get north italian as accepted culture if you control Lombady and Venetia.

For the 6th update I’ve already added in the an option to burn down the White House, and added in the Golden Circle, and it does have a choice to move the capital to either Havana, New Orleans, or keep it in Richmond.
Not sure if I can do color changes for a tag based on the culture, I think that would require additional tags, which I’m trying to avoid if I can, because those are a big contributor to lowering game speed/stability. But I’ll have to add some for the Carlist Spain reconquest of the americas, so who knows, eventually I might do something like that.
This is everything I wanted in a mod, tysm again.
Textile focus is missing a 0 and the consumer focus seems to lack a icon.
How about replacing demand concession against African nations with take coastline CB from Blood and Iron? I also think adding the elections events from BaI would be nice but some might think they're too much.

How does that cb work? Once you’ve taken the coastline how do you expand into the continent?
I haven’t played BaI in a long time so I guess ill have to fire it up and see how that and the election events work to see if they’d fit well.
I should have prepared the comment better, now that I have checked it again, it's called demand African port and it doesn't actually replace the demand concession CB, it's basically a nerf to early expansion into Africa as a colonial power as it's the only CB that annexes African land (it takes one coastal non-capital province and forces that nation into your sphere) until scramble for Africa happens when the usual CB are used for annexation of African land.
Next update please make it so Constantinople/Istambul as well as Gibraltar have precious goods rgo so they become actually strategically important provinces.
Also as the game has a big overhaul of slavery, add the decision to form the Golden Ring as the CSA, and also maybe decisions for spain to reorganize their viceroyalties as puppet states, thanks.
Not a bad idea, I’ll look into messing with those goods.
For version 5, that’s almost done, I’ll be releasing it asap, but for version 6 I’m probably adding the Carlist reconquest of the viceroyalties, and I’ll look into the golden ring and restoring the French empire in North America, though that last one is lower priority than the first 2.

I don't want to be greedy but could you also make some decisions for Israel and South Africa so they get some inmigration/assimilation boosts in a way they can compete against the new world?, I've always wanted to do an Israel game.
Also some lore events/decisions if france retake Quebec.
At last please add more lore to Mexico, like the War of Reforma (like a ACW but mexican) that happens if Mexico is a Republic and is around the 1850's or the Second French Intervention event where France gains a puppet CB against Mexico.
