Turns [[File:]] wikitext links of .ogg audio files into a simple inline single button audio player based on https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/OggPlayer. This template simply wraps these wikitext links with a span element of class "audio-button" for the script to target.
Replaces the default Kaltura HTML5 player that was in block layout, slow to load on pages with over hundreds of audio files (mainly transcript subpages), and shifts vertical screen space when loading. Overall, this should be better for user experience.
If JavaScript is disabled, the audio player will default to the one provided by HTML <audio> tags.
