From different studies it is seen that abdominal leak point pressure measurements are used frequently to evaluate urethral function in patient with stress incontinence.

In our study It reveals that leak point pressure improved after TOT procedure of genuine urinary stress incontinence.

The leak point pressure (LPP) measured during the stress test can be recorded as cough LPP, valsalva LPP, or abdominal LPP.

Detrusor leak point pressure test (DLPP) evaluates storage pressures as they relate to low bladder compliance.
