After ten long years, the Circle of Eight is pleased to present the 'final' version of our modpack - Circle of Eight Modpack Version 8. This release falls ten years to the day after the release of The Temple of Elemental Evil in North America. It is the culmination of years of dedicated work from literally dozens of contributors, and it serves as testimony to the enduring passion for quality turn-based strategy games in the modern era.
As usual, the modpack comes in standard and new content editions. You can download the standard (left) and new content (right) versions below.

I can't get the Circle of Eight to activate... front x error! Both patches are installed. What is the correct install path (c://Temple of elemental evil or c:/program files/Atari/temple...) The mod COE wants to install in C as it's own folder???
If you are using Win 7 or 8 then the correct install path is C:/ Temple of Elemental Evil for both TOEE and Co8.
Also. run the game with *TFE-X* exe.

please someone tell me that druids skill *Wild Form* is evolving with druid levels... please... i need that info
witch one of them will not corrupt save files?
Hello, I've just downloaded the mod and followed the instructions for install, my TOEE installation is fresh, with both updates 1&2. I install the mod, but when the front end load up and I try to activate the mod I get always the following message:
"ToEE Front-End X encountered a serious error: IO Exception when determining the size of the package: invalid CEN header (bad signature)".
Can anyone explain this? I've downloaded the package multiple times, both New Content and Standard editions, I also got the 8.01 patch, but nothing changed...
Having trouble loading the ModPack, all I get is a 'Save' option, i go to my Downloads folder and click on any of the icons and they will neither run nor open. I'm sure I'm doing something elementally wrong. I Double click the Circle of Eight Modpack Setup utility to begin installation. How do I get to this utility after I click on the download button? I have loaded the game fresh and loaded the two Atari patches with no problem.
Maybe I am missing something, but will my 7.9 saves be compatible with 8.1?
I have a problem in the development of the game in the vercion 8 with new content, the mod develops through the game, it says. txt mod to the questions Mr. blacksmith were activated by passing but not activated step gives end to the game, and in the course of the game will not activate any mod mission???? I should do or what happens
