- The Serpent Trophy is mostly decorative, but it can be used in a cauldron crafting recipe to make the Heavy fishing bait. That bait represents the final tier of bait progression and allows you to catch Coral cod.
- Can be displayed in an item stand.
- Can be used to program Balistas.
- When dropped it will sink to the bottom of the ocean, so it is best to kill a Serpent on land by dragging it with the Abyssal harpoon.
- Trophies dropped before the 2021-03-17 0.148 patch weren't stackable, and trying to create a stack would leave one with a single trophy. Such trophies currently show as stacks of 0/20.
