Blood clot is an item and can be dropped from Ticks in the Mistlands biome.

- Blood clots can be farmed by finding and aggroing a Gjall, preferably in a relatively flat and open area of terrain to afford the player room to maneuver, and keeping it alive: it will continue to occasionally spawn ticks in groups of three, which can be killed for blood clots. This will require avoiding and/or blocking the Gjall's projectile attacks while waiting for it to spawn more ticks.
