Leanyer virus

A negative-sense, single-stranded RNA virus of the Bunyaviridae family, genus Orthobunyavirus, originally isolated from a pool of Anopheles meraukensis mosquitoes at Leanyer, Australia, in 1974, which is antigenically close to the Simbu group viruses.
