circle around to (something)

1. To travel to some location or thing in or as if in a circular path. A: "Dang it, I forgot my wallet." B: "OK, I'll circle around to the house." The front gate is busted, so we'll have to go in through the back and circle around to the entrance. Just stay on the path and you'll hit the coffee shop, then circle around to the hotel.
2. To revisit or return to an idea or topic of conversation. I like that idea, Frank. Let's put a pin in it for now and circle around to it again at the end of the meeting. Inevitably, our conversations always circle around to money issues. Don't worry, we'll circle around to your question, Jack.
