Brilliant mod for a brilliant game. Takes immersion to the next level, especially with the rain and LUT shaders.
I have only one small issue with it though, turning on the flashlight, I see some sort of weird "banding" on non-grass surfaces (concrete, dirt, etc), basically thin black curves which move with my camera. Any idea how to fix this?
I'm only using this mod (not ES or Beefs NVG), with SSR+water SSR, all rain FX, LUT and sun rays fixes enabled.

Check your installation, maybe you're missing some files or overwriting files from the 08 - New Shadow & Light Features module.

loading the mod through MO2 and getting "Shader compilation failed" on launch just telling me simply to check my log file (I'm unsure where this is located). any big fix I'm missing like an idiot? any help is appreciated.

The log file is located on your game folder. ( Anomaly\appdata\logs\ )

The reflection of the grass is too strong, especially when the density of the grass is low. From a distance in the sun, the grass looks like a bright reflection like an LED light. How can I reduce the reflection effect of grass or turn it off?

There's several reasons why your grass can be excessively bright. First, is recommended to use the grass shadow quality on HIGH and the grass shadow distance at 100, this is to avoid grass without shadows with full Subsurface Scattering. ( Check the options on SSS Setting -> Shadow Cascades ).

If you're not using grass shadows and want to keep your performance, another option is to lower the intensity of the Subsurface Scattering ( SSS Settings -> Flora Fixes -> SubSurface Scattering Intensity )

After installing ur mod SSS Update 19 and playing on vanilla shaders the actor skin becomes over glossy which is particularly visible during cloudy weather...can you tell me how to fix it?

That's defined by the red channel of the bump texture.

You need to identify the texture and lower the intensity of the red channel of the bump texture with a image editor. Is that model part of the T.H.A.P. Rework addon?

I have all elements of your mod installed in MO2, except for the SSR Water [Ice Version]. I followed your instructions for installation, adding all three of the optional mods, and am using the updated executables from mrdemonized, and have left everything as it is default in MCM, with the exception of enabling Scope shader (I have it enabled). I was able to check in the console that the mod is working correctly (the four green lines are there). Thanks for your help.

Please disregard, it is actually not your mod, but Atmospherics. I didn't catch your emphasis to install the ANOMALY version, which is buried in the description of the Atmospherics mod. Now, everything works just fine. In fact, the game looks amazing. Thanks for your very clear installation instructions; one of the best for a very detail-oriented mod.

Кароче у кого ошибка шейдеров и не запускается игра. Если вы хотите использовать Atmospherics вам обязательно нужно еще установить BEEF'S SHADER BASED NVGS. Без него
Atmospherics не работает.

I found an interesting bug with volumetric rays and the light of the flashlight.Some incompatibility of volumetric rays and high quality lighting.Observed only in the location overpass Pripyat-1.Not critical, but still. Mods on the flashlight or its texture are not installed

For the moment the only solution is to disable the volumetric flag or use the console command r2_exp_donttest_shad on. The last fix the issue but the command disable the light visibility test and can impact the performance in some cases.

Have you tested lowering the value of the option SSS Settings -> Rain Enhances -> HUD Raindrops -> Extra Overall Gloss?

Or the setting G_SSR_WEAPON_RAIN_FACTOR from the SSR setting ( settings_screenspace_SSR.h )?

Well, it’s worth starting with the fact that I set all the settings in the menu of your add-on, by default.
Extra Overall Gloss is completely turned off (i.e. it costs 0)

I also want to note that it’s not only the hands and weapons that shine. Some indoor objects also begin to shine when it rains outside, although they have no contact with the rain.

You can adjust a little the setting G_SSR_WEAPON_RAIN_FACTOR. But to really fix the problem you will need to modify the bump texture info.

Maybe you have this "Enhanced_Shaders_Color_Grading_1.10" installed?
If so have you done this?
Setup

Use these console commands to set everything to the intended default:
r__color_grading 0.5, 0.5, 0.5
r2_gloss_factor 0.001
r2_gloss_min 0.5

Sorry if i meddled in something, that i shouldn't. Just thinking it could be this.

Hello everyone. Textures flicker when moving. In the video, this is especially noticeable on the facing tiles of the building in front. The grass, tree crowns, etc. also flicker. Is this related to the screen space shaders mod and is there any way to get rid of this flickering.

I don't know what to properly call this effect: smoothing, flickering or ripples. This does not happen in statics, but only in dynamics. At first I thought it was due to anti-aliasing, so I turned it off, but this negative effect did not go away. If you watch a video in 1080p resolution, this effect is clearly visible. I want to understand if this is related to the SSS mod or is it an Anomaly issue.

Hello, I'm still new to this modding stuff. I've completed all of the trilogy and decided to try this Anomaly mod. Installing addons are quite the hassle for me.

As for your addons, Sir, I've tried to follow all the instructions that were provided. Somehow, I'm a little bit confused when it comes to ShadersDrivenScope addon. I've followed the instruction well for this part but when I try to arrange the load order. It seems that yours has additional addon under ----> ShadersDrivenScopeV1.3 called -----> ShadersDrivenScopeV1.3 BAS Patch.

This part really confuses me because when I try to install this addon, I clicked on the 1. ShadersDrivenScope - BaS Patch and 2. ShadersDrivenScope - DLTX only and both were combined into one addon called ----> ShadersDrivenScopeV1.3. Where can I find the ShadersDrivenScopeV1.3 BAS Patch below this addon?

Please help me, thank you.

Is a good idea to install this addon 2 times, one with only the base file "ShadersDrivenScope - DLTX" and a second time with only the "ShadersDrivenScope - BaS" patch. This is to correctly patch the file scopeRadii.script.

I did try that way before and it makes my game to not even load. However, if I untick the box for both addons the games work just fine, and the launcher run.

Additional note: After I installed and removed both addons it causes my game framerate to drop horrendously. Guess I need to reinstall all of these addons again.

How do I make things more crisp? I have enhanced shaders plus this and my game looks washed. I had to use a re-shade to try and make things have more contrast and be more sharp, but it is still not good.

I fix it just delete the "settings_screenspace_WATER.h" from other mod like in Atmospheric mod but the when I play the game the ice texture is broken it's like mirror screen with a big texture.

I figured how to edit LUT intensity and type out of the 3 examples.

i use 0.3,1,0,0 (where changing the zeros from the right does nothing).
