SourceForts is a Half Life 2: Deathmatch mod where Combine and Rebels face off in capture-the-flag action with a big twist. Players build bases and other structures with blocks and plates in the "build phase" to protect themselves and their team's flag (which is actually a ball), and then fight it out and try to capture the enemy's flag in the "combat phase". Once the combat phase has ended, it's back to build, where players can repair, improve, and change their creations to ready them for the next combat phase.
The next planned major version will introduce an entirely new style of play. The most major change is the removal of the build phase, and the introduction of capture points to the existing CTF formula. Building will still remain an essential part of the game, for the team that does not build will surely lose. As is planned, a new art style, new maps, and new models will be added as the next major release progresses.

source forts 2 is out but i still cant play it as soon as i try to start it says it found a probleme and stops
SourceForts 2 is not out, if you have a version it is a leak or something else entirely
I press play. Nothing happens. It doesnt even say thats its starting up.

This was such a good game to play once in a while and it didn't ever matter did you have skilled or non-skilled players on your side, as long as you had couple spare blocks to block all the empty spaces. :)
I saw your facebook profile (I didn't join you, so you can add +1 there ;) because I have no facebook, I like desura and steam style more, where you can actually meet new ppl.) where someone from your group was saying that you're updating Sourceforts, but please atleast keep one or two servers up. :(
I got couple IRL mates that would give anything to see this game being played again (I introduced the game to them in a lan couple years ago). Just wanted to let anyone from the modteam to know.
Plus I visited your site and saw you are recruiting or have been recruiting for some time. It makes me almost sad that I use computer only for playing and having fun when I could be helping you if I had even some skills of programming.. Please let the community know and prosper once again!
