Following the GZDoom port of Doom 64, BD-64 revitalizes the old Doom 64 with new special effects, particles, lightning, gore, new sounds, more weapon animations (shotgun reloads, smoother minigun barrels, etc.) and monsters and stuff cut from the original Nintendo 64 version. Works on GZDoom and Zandronum in OpenGL mode. (Zdoom and Zandronum Software mode are not supported.) No downloads available yet. Mod still is very early WIP.

Description

Full version 1C installer packed with Zandronum v3.0 alpha. Changelog included on file.

Hello, when I play it works, I can launch GZDOOM with BD64 just fine.

However, in the first level (after the intro) I see exclamation marks in some places (including in the very first room right next to the shotgun on the floor after killing both soldiers to the left and right).

What does that mean? Am I missing files? I'm using the patched version of DB64 2.0. Thanks.

Can anyone tell me how to get this working on android using delta touch? It won't start for me and I'm sure I'm just putting the files in the wrong place.

The main folder would be the folder where the zandronum .exe sits (or if using GZDoom where the GZdoom .exe sits)

[BRUTAL DOOM 64 HUD NOT WORKING IN GZDOOM FIX]
If you are trying to get this to work in GZDoom and notice that the Doom 64 HUD isn't showing up like it should:

In your GZDoom settings you need to go to Options --> Scaling Options --> Make sure the "Screen size" option in the "HUD Options" section is on 11 and instead of 10 or anything else and then the Doom 64 HUD will display properly :D

Also make sure "User interface scale" is on "Adapt to screen size" and "HUD preserves aspect ratio" is set to "On".

I would suggest giving it a try to see. Last time I checked the BD 64 options wasn't showing up and you would get an Open AL error message when firing rockets and BFG at liquids.
