Spain has been added to the mod . Spain in 1860 was in a complicated position , wars in Africa and against the carlist uprising were the main problems of Spain during those times.

Sorry to hurt you here but that is impossible you can't do it.
You can, but you'd have to own both games and also you have to convert the models+textures. I'd highly doubt that CA would allow you to release a mod with converted ETW units. (Private use only)
Well yes it might be possible but unless you know how to convert unit files I would think you are a god.
Alot of people here keep saying Napoleon was a dictator but he was actually an emperor there's a differnce.
