Hello, i have a problem with the ntw3 5.0. i have remove the steam i have uninstall the the mods,and i install again, with only the mod ntw3 + the putch. i lunch the game and no problem so far, the problem is that when i start the game it dose not let me to have navy fleet, i click on the port and i can only upgrade the port and to build ships, then i unistall the mode and i lunch the ntw game i click continiu campaing i click on the ports and i can build ships, dose anyone know what i have to do to fix this problem?
