anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody titer reduction: a one-year prospective study," Arthritis Research & Therapy, vol.
BUDAPEST, HUNGARY -- Evidence continues to show the value of using
anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody tests in conjunction with conventional rheumatoid factor tests for rheumatoid arthritis, according to data presented at the 4th International Congress on Autoimmunity.
We collected and analyzed following demographic and clinical data of all participants from the medical records, which including age, sex, duration of disease, Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor (RF) and
anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (ACPA).
28TJC: 28 tender joint counts; 28SJC: 28 swollen joint counts; HAQ: Health Assessment Questionnaire; PtGA: patient global assessment of disease activity; PrGA: provider global assessment of disease activity; VAS: visual analog scales; CRP: C-reactive protein; ESR: erythrocyte sedimentation rate; RF:rheumatoid factor; anti-CCP Ab:
anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody; DAS28: Disease Activity Score with 28-joint counts.
