Ivanka Trump has showcased her stellar golf swing while soaking up the sun alongside pardoned prisoner Alice Marie

The former First Daughter, 42, spent the day enjoying some 'big summer fun' with the criminal justice reform advocate and former federal prisoner, who was released after Ivanka's close friend Kim Kardashian advocated for her freedom.

Alice, 69, and Ivanka took to Instagram to share their exciting day, which was filled with laughter and love as the duo brought their families together for a friendly competition and a nice dinner.

Ivanka put her sporty side on full display by parading around in a workout dress and baseball cap before she got ready to swing.

After a game of golf, the pals slipped into evening wear for their fancy restaurant trip.

Alice detailed their adventure on her Instagram by sharing a slew of snaps from their day with the caption: 'Big summer fun with my good friend [Ivanka Trump]. It was a pleasure spending time with her beautiful family and friends.'

The first photo showed the duo in their athletic gear as they prepped to take on the golf course.

Ivanka sported a navy workout dress and a pair of white sneakers.

The former First Daughter threw her hair up on in a ponytail and added a white baseball cap atop her head as well as a pair of black shades to keep the sun out of her face.

Meanwhile, Alice donned a teal set and mirrored her pal by accessorizing with a pair of black shades and throwing on black sneakers.

In a video, Ivanka showed off her killer golf swing before the duo gave each other a tight hug and posed for the camera.

After their sport-filled day, they changed into their evening outfits ahead of their dinner.

Ivanka slipped into a black mini dress, which accentuated her trim waistline, while Alice opted for a pair of skinny jeans and a blue top.

After her busy day, Ivanka showed off her glamorous side on her Instagram by sharing a snap of herself donning a yellow dress with a heart-shaped cutout on the side.

Alice and Ivanka seemingly became pals after Kim convinced former President Donald Trump to overturn her conviction in 2018.

She served almost 22 years in federal prison for her involvement in cocaine trafficking in Memphis, for which she was initially sentenced to life in prison.

After her release in 2018 following a campaign by Kim, she began campaigning to get pardons for others like her, serving long sentences for relatively minor, nonviolent and first offenses.

Her non-profit, Taking Action for Good (TAG), has advocated for more than 100 clemency and pardon applicants, and has helped 46 people receive second chances.

Her story was credited with prompting the passage of the First Step Act in 2018, a law that rewards good behavior in prison with shortened sentences and job training.

She previously told DailyMail.com: 'It means a lot to me to tell others' stories,' she said. 'It is not about the things I did. It is about the people I represent.'

The activist said that her charity work would remain a priority over her Hollywood offers – though she now considered Kim a friend.

'When I met Kim Kardashian I did not even know who she was. I did not have any preconceived ideas about her. I met her as a friend, who was advocating for me. We have a very close bond now,' she said.

'I have been actually so busy going from state to state. Just seeing the fruit of my labor, bringing communities together and restoring families. It is hard but very rewarding work.'

She said she believed Kim would likely follow her father, Robert Kardashian, into criminal defense.

Despite spending time with those heavily involved in politics, Ivanka and husband Jared Kushner, 43, have worked to distance themselves from Donald's re-election campaign and the general Trump orbit.

They relocated to Florida with children Arabella, 12; Joseph, nine; and Theodore, eight, after Trump left office in January 2021.

And Ivanka wasn't at Mar-a-Lago in November 2022 when the former President announced he would seek another term in the White House.

It was a change of pace for the former first daughter, who was heavily involved in Trump's first term in the White House.

She had an office in the West Wing and frequently represented the administration both at home and abroad.

Now, she spends her days sharing her lavish travels on her Instagram and enjoying quality time with her children.
