- When permanent health stacking was added to
Enrage in the May 9, 2009 Patch, Sion became the first champion to have an ability that could infinitely stack an effect. - Sion was one of the first six champions designed, together with Annie, Lee Sin, Singed, Sivir, and Twisted Fate.[6][7]
- Of these, he was however the first and only one to recieve a full relaunch after his initial release, completely remaking the original appearance and gameplay.
