Rain Shepherd is a series of alternate future/universe skins in League of Legends. Set in a world where frogs lost the power to sing causing a draught, champions clad in special rain gear work to replenish the lands and return its former self.

- The world is parched, without water and song. Since the frogs lost the power to sing, rains have slowed and moisture is sparse. So frogs have taught a new group to sing: the Rain Shepherds. Clad in special rain gear, they work to replenish the lands and return nature to its formerly lush self.

The fiendish Fizz was so jealous of the magical singing voices frogs possess that he taught himself how to sing and summon the rains. Though earsplitting at first, before long his songs were drawing tears from his listeners. With his magical vocals, Fizz is now keen to rain on everyone's parades.

Milio always loved water, and growing up with his frog family of lyrical croakers meant there was never any shortage of rain. But once they lost their ability to sing and the lands dried up, he took on new responsibilities. Gathering up his family in his backpack, he set out to restore their singing voices and learn their songs as a new Rain Shepherd.
