Location:Along the Spokane River, between Nine Mile Falls, WA, and the Idaho state border.
Facilities:Paved trail (é), bike trail, kitchen shelter (with electric), picnic areas.
Activities:Hiking, jogging, bicycling, in-line skating, horseback riding (some sections), fishing, swimming, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.
Special Features:Several interpretive signs mark the trail for spots of historic and archeological interest. As most significant sites are still unmarked, more signage is planned for the future. Jointly managed by Washington State Parks, Spokane County, and the cities of Spokane and Liberty Lake.
