Ranked reset to the wrong rank

I ended the rank on Diomond 4 but now it says plat.

yo im also having this problem too ive been hardstuck diamond forever and finally in season 16 split 1 i got to masters but says I only made it to plat 2 i better get the masters rewards

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking out my ranked stats since i wanted to see something out then i saw that i was plat 3 so i thought it shouldve been a bug.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? level 20 and got placed into it
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 4 april 2023
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? 
What should be happening instead? i should been placed like silver not plat

Yesterday I also played a qualifying game, and the settlement interface still displayed Silver 4. I am very worried if it can be fixed. I just bought the latest heirloom and I'm very disappointed. I am just a casual player, and I feel very disappointed to see that my level of hard work no longer exists. I hope to receive the Shining Level Medal for this season, but if the level in the first half of the season cannot be repaired, I will not continue playing in the second half.

Keep getting set to rookie 4

Lost my progression in rank split one in session 16 since the new split started I’v been demoted to Silver which is wrong supposed to be Gold two. The thing which disappointing me that I completely lost my Diamond rank in split one its not even showing in the rank status! Did someone experience this issue?

What happens when the bug occurs? Split 1 I was masters. Logged in for the new split and it showed -9800 and it reset me Gold 4. Now if I'm not mistaken I should have been reset to Plat 2. Please fix this! Thanks!
What should be happening instead? I should have been reset to Plat 2.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, I know this happened to a god amount of people. I Hope I didn't grind for no reason!
