What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking out my ranked stats since i wanted to see something out then i saw that i was #0 pred so i thought it shouldve been a bug. I was already reset to plat3 and on the stats it said i was supposed to be reset to plat2 since i was masters the split before this new split. So after i saw i was #0 pred and i was in plat3 supposed to be in plat2 i restarted my game but when i did that my stats was working it said i was masters and it also said that i currently was plat2 but then when i open the ranked tab and was in the lobby it said i was gold4 so i played a game to see if it was a visual bug it wasn't so now im gold4 and im supposed to be plat2.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I dont know like 5 games maybe

What happens when the bug occurs? When i was checking out my ranked stats since i wanted to see something out, then i saw that i was #0 pred so i thought it shouldve been a bug. I was already reset to plat3 and on the stats it said i was supposed to be reset to plat2 since i was masters the split before this new split. i was diamond 4 last split after the split reset im now bronze 4 and it says i was gold 2 last split which is quite annoying because diamond is the highest rank i have ever been and its not being recognised,

What happens when the bug occurs? I finished split one of season 16 diamond 4 but after split happened it demoted me back to silver 4 and claimed I'd only reached gold 2
What should be happening instead? I should be gold 2 starting second split not silver4

What my rank shows is wrong It should be diamond 4
My rank has downgraded from around sub 200 from Platinum 4 to Silver 3
How do I report that I lost my rank which was nearly plat and get back my rank

What happens when the bug occurs? When I raised the level of my new account to 20, the rank of the previous split was master. I played one match and it didn't fixed.
What should be happening instead? I shoud be rookie.

What happens when the bug occurs? I had to switch my internet after reset happened today and it messed up my rank. I reached D4 the other day then after this happened on the reset it told me I only made G2
What should be happening instead? I should have stayed gold 2 after reset and kept my D4 rank from last split

I don’t know if you can check the stats on my account but the games I played add up to diamond 4 not gold 2. I attached a screenshot of what I see now

What happens when the bug occurs? I reached Diamond 4 in splot 1 of season 16. I then demoted to plat 1. Now that split 1 is over my rank in the stats page says plat 1.
What should be happening instead? It should say Diamond 4 because that is my peak rank during the split.

I reached Diamond 4 in splot 1 of season 16. I then demoted to plat 1. Now that split 1 is over my rank in the stats page says plat 1.
It should say Diamond 4 because that is my peak rank during the split.
