Rank resetting to Rookie / Users gaining 0 RP

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm Gold 4 yesterday but I'm suddenly Bronze 2 when I logged in today without any notification
What should be happening instead? I'm supposed to be Gold 4
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, some accounts might be affected, some might not be.

Same thing happened to me... Diamond 2 to plat 4 was what it should have been and what it was. I exited the game and all of a sudden I was silver 2...

What happens when the bug occurs? I just opened up Apex for the new ranked split which started today and it said I ranked down from diamond 2 last split to plat 4 this split, which was right. I closed my game and loaded back in and now I'm silver 2. It seems to have glitched me to lose double the RP.
What should be happening instead? I should have only lost 1.5 ranks from Diamond 2 to plat 4, not 3 ranks.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look up my rank for the first split this season, and compare it to now

I just opened up Apex for the new ranked split which started today and it said I ranked down from diamond 2 last split to plat 4 this split, which was right. I closed my game and loaded back in and now I'm silver 2. It seems to have glitched me to lose double the RP.

This happens to me to I was pred last split and i logged in today to see the update but the store wouldn’t load so I reset my game and it says I am pred split 1 plat 2 currently in split 2 bit in game it says I’m gold 4 I want my rank back !!!

Same here I'm reset to gold 4. Except it says I am masters for the first split when I was pred.

Same thing happened to me. I was masters last split logged in and now I’m gold 4. This is tough considering all the work out in just to hit masters. Please fix

I achieved rank master in split 1, but got gold 4 rank in split 2

I'm currently ranked, can I still receive rewards?

My rank is incorrect. I was Diamond  4 and now silver 4. I looked back at stats and it registered me incorrectly as plat 1. Please fix this.

I had the same issue. I went from Plat 2 to bronze 2.... For a second it showed Gold 4 and then it took me down to Bronze 2. This is very disappointing.
