The COR organises relations with the Council through the EU Presidency and a meeting with the French Presidency has been planned in the second half of the year.Communication strategy in terms of proximity.On the communication front, the Committee plans to strengthen its co-operation in the field of information with the other European institutions, particularly the European Parliament, and enhance dialogue with the principal European associations of regional and local authorities (Assembly of European Regions, ARE), the CEMR (Council of European Municipalities and Regions), the CPMR (Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe) and the CLRAE (
Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe).
