I'm working on a new mod that adds civil war peds that you can replace the player with. For now have fun with this. How are you to get EEE + WhyEm's? How do you install it? How do you do blah blah blah? Don't know, figure it out, made this mod forever ago and I got jobs to focus on rather then a computer screen.

Mexico area of the game, south of New Austin.

Recent experiment and test
Recently Sunday June 30th, 2024 i had added the 3 regions of Mexico which are:
DiezCoronas, Perdido, and PuntaOrgullo
to the scripts, as a region is required for a hideout to spawn.
