NEW - UPDATE GIVES YOU FEMALE ONLINE BISON NOT JUST MALE. A simple mod that adds the online variants of bison to spawn with the SP bison in the world of RDR2. With working skinning animations and correct coloured pelts.

I have added all the online variants to the single player to spawn with the SP bison. These bison now have working skinning animations with even correct coloured pelts. This is another way to add more content to your game and still have it blend into the world. Be aware that the SP legendary bison (Tatanka & White Bison) look similar to two of the online variants but please know there is differences such as the SP legendary buffalo are basically twice the size and the online white bison has slight brown to it and the black online bison has touches of white in places such as it's beard and around it's feet. This makes them two different to add, there is also a red/brown bison added as well. I added the 3 online bison twice mixed into the SP bison's mixed spawning. This is because in the game the SP basically has roughly 6 basic variants in game, so this just helps mix it up a bit. Also this is a simple mod that requires no textures or swaps or anything like that just follow the install instructions and you're good to go
To help people find the new bison you can find them at a reliable location in-between Beecher's Hope and Blackwater. What you can do is save at John's ranch and load in and you want to go to the 'L' in Great Plains on the map by Blackwater and there is always a herd there. My pictures are of the bison that spawn there, straight outside the ranch I experienced two new variants fighting. Be aware that sometimes you get none or one or two new variants or sometimes loads (I got loads of white ones mixed in at one point then one, so it's just luck).

I decided to improve the detail in the world with the online bison added. The 3 online variants was original added twice each to help mix up the spawning, all the online variants are only male, not female. In the game the basic variants are mostly female, so what I've done is out of the 6 originally added, I changed 3 of the online variants to female. You now have a male and female version of each online variant that was added. This makes more sense now as you get to experience more variety as there would be male and female of the bison in real life. This is just an improvement on the attention of detail to the game without changing anything else and made the skinning animation for the female online variants work. IMPORTANT - To use this mod you first need to install 'Online Content Unlocker' by 'EnergiDaan' from nexus mods to be able to use the assets within the game.

-INSTALL-
- First you need to install Lenny's Mod Loader correctly.
- Then you need to install 'Online Content Unlocker' from nexus mods to be able to use this mod.
- Then Just place the 'lml' folder in your game directory for your Red Dead Redemption 2.
-HELPFUL TIPS & DISCLAIMER-
- If you experience invisible animals it can be a number of things such as if 'Online Content Unlocker' wasn't installed or installed properly with the latest version, you will experience invisible animals as you are unable to use the assets within the game.
Also you need a somewhat updated version of the game for the files to exist that are needed to be able to use from within the game. (Be aware this does work on other versions of the game and doesn't need to be the most updated version).
Always use the updated version of the mod available.
- If you have downloaded multiple online animal unlocks, be aware if you want to organise all these animal unlocks in your 'lml' folder, you could make a folder in 'lml' for example and name it 'Online Animals Unlocked' and put all the unlocks within that and it will still work if you want to keep your mods neat.
- Be aware if you experience in game the short version of the animations for these animals, please know you experience a short animation when ever the body of the animal is obstructed by another animal or object to be able to do the full animation. This is also the case with all the animals in the game as this I believe is to spare the player hours of having to watch what might look like misplaced and glitchy animations as they have no space to work, this is a feature of the game and is nothing to worry about.
- Please know these online animals are legendary and may have the right colour pelts and skins but know they are just classed as regular animals now and their pelts function just normal in game so function differently and the online legendary outfits would have to be added separately to the game.
- I am aware a few very rare people may experience invisible animals after following all the correct install instructions with everything set right, unfortunately I am only able to fix issues I can find and I may not find the root cause for you. These mods I tried to make simple by design so that all they really do is unlock what's already there and make it function in game. The intentions with these mods are for enjoyment purposes and to get what I believe is your moneys worth of extra fun. I can't unfortunately take responsibility for these rare occurrences of errors unless I ever experience them for myself. As the mods are simple in their design and purpose so that unless it didn't work for everyone then it may be other issues resulting in this problem for you.
I'm sorry for this but the solution can't be to allow no one to download so please use and download by choice knowing this.
