Darkness... My body hurts! Or is it my brain? The explosion! I remember it now. Maybe I'm in a coma? Or even worst, I may be already dead... Everything is so confusing... Zombies, monsters and ghosts from the past are filling my mind... Oh God, so many memories mixed with my dreams! I can't even distinguish them anymore. What if my entire life was just a nightmare? But it felt so real... Wait, what's that sweet voice? Sounds like a nurse! THAT is part of reality, I am sure. Now if I could just concentrate on this voice and try to wake up...
One of my favorite mods for Half Life 1.
However, episode 3 feels a little bit rushed, and also the final boss fight soft locks pretty easily if you don't have enough ammo.
Overall, 9/10.
High replayability.
Other than some of the level design choices being rendered questionable by the passing of time, this mod remains very fun and a gem from my childhood.
The mod is very cool and nice graphics and very scary I recommend it for halloween
One of my all time favorites to play especially around the spooky season. It's sad we never got the sequel, Lost Souls, but at least we still have this classic.
The gameplay was really great (including the 3rd chapter), but there still were some issues, such as the helicopter boss fight being nigh to impossible and the Devil's Rift platforming sections. Overall it is still a great experience.
Amazing survival horror mod.
Truly one of the best Half Life mods ever. So unique. The atmosphere is amazing and it has a very cozy old school homegrown goldsource style which i love.

Such a huge mod, I thought I'd never finish it... In addition to laughter (and the mod is never funny at all), its gameplay duration can be compared with the original. And in many other ways, too. Developers have come up with so many things - and you can't list them... I may not be a fan of the horror genre anywhere, but this mod impressed me. Although I won't call it the scariest of those I've played. But definitely one of. That's also why I'm unlikely to replay it. At least in the near future for sure. But this does not apply to my assessment at all. For those years and the capabilities of the engine, everything is done very cool!
