+Increased FOV with viewmodels to match. You MUST turn off Sprint Effects in the main menu!
+Revamped guns that handle more faithfully to real life and actually hit where you're aiming.
+Brutal, unforgiving difficulty.
+Optional crosshair & hitmarker removal with texmod/uMod.
+3D positional audio (HRTF) through the DSOAL wrapper.
+Smooth mouse movement with lower sensitivity threshold and disabled acceleration.
+Toggle iron sights instead of hold.
+WASD with iron sights is now movement by default while holding Shift makes you lean.
+Tighter, more responsive lean controls that don't expose your whole body.
+Mouse wheel down and up are now "next weapon" and "previous weapon" like in every other game.
+Base movement speed is 10% slower while base sprinting speed is 10% faster.
+Grenade throw arc now lines up with crosshair instead of overshooting it.
+Health decreased from 600/500/400HP to 400/200/100HP.
+Hitbox damage revised so limb shots do greatly reduced damage while chest shots do a lot more.
+Player cover damage reduced from 75% to 50% to simulate new arm hitbox damage.
+Enemies now consistently have 100HP with the exceptions of Waffen Storm Leader (reduced chest damage to simulate armor) and Nazi Storm Elite (around half of the vanilla HP).
+Revised ammo capacity to match real life soldier loadouts based on historical documentation.
+Nazi Storm Elite carry StG-44s instead of MG42s.

Is their was a way to switch back to the original "no-movement whilst aiming" setting (unless you hold shift to move)
In case you ran into the "Gun glitch", here's the fix:
- From Desktop, right-click and choose NVIDIA Control Panel
- Choose 3D Settings tab, and choose Manage 3D Settings
- Choose Program Settings, it's next to Global Settings
- Select Medal of Honor: Airborne or "Add" to locate to the game .exe file
- Locate "Max Frame Rate" then set the number to your monitor's refresh rate - mine is 165Hz, so it should be 165FPS.
- Press "Save" and close the panel.
VOILA~!

Is there a way to turn off the crosshairs without toggling the whole HUD off?
Also, is there something in the ini file where one can change the reload speed for the M1 Garand to be a just tiny bit faster? (Not meaning to be hyperbolic or sarcastic, btw 😅)
In the readme, look at "Step 3". It explains how to hide the crosshair and hitmarkers with uMod.
Hi, I'm Ariel, from Buenos Aires. I just installed this wonderful game about 15 days ago and I was really fascinated by how wonderful it is, I have a 2013 PC and it runs this game at maximum. Ok, now to the important thing. You can modify the reload speed, the amount of ammunition and the recoil of each weapon, in addition to its firepower in the defaultweapon.in file. For example: YOU CAN CHANGE the configuration of the
M1 Garand
ReloadInterval=2.4
ReloadInterval=1.85
ReloadClipFullInterval=.87
ReloadClipFullInterval=1.85
for this other
ReloadInterval=0.0
ReloadInterval=0.0
ReloadClipFullInterval=0.0
ReloadClipFullInterval=0.0
and you will have an instant charge. try it and tell me how it went...
You can also change those values in other weapons.
