Make sure you have sdk base 2006 & 2007,that worked for me.
Those won't do anything for the mod. Aftermath uses SDK Base 2013 (Upcoming beta branch).
That's as maybe, but it was the only way I got it to work.
Hello, I've downloaded the mod, extracted it to the correct folder and have HL2E1 and 2 installed but the game isn't showing up in my library. Any guesses as to what I did wrong?
Did you restart Steam?
Any info on what exactly the DOG upgrades does? Feels like some of them are either not functioning properly, misleading, or just not noticeable.
A list of the name of entities would be nice, such as the bio/mech/energy pickups. :D
how do you use diriged movement?
I can't get the mod to show up in my Library. I have all the required files installed on C:. I have -upcoming picked in beta options for the SDK. Restarted Steam, rebooted PC. Still nothing.
Any advice?
You need to put the files (not the zip file) into C:\Program Files (x86/x64)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods. After that THEN reset Steam.
That's what I have done. Extracted all files into the sourcemods folder as they should be. Still not working for me (I am Guest above). Thanks for the reply.
Edit: Just realized that the extraction put everything into a subdirectory, that's why it wasn't showing up. Doh. It's working now.
