Dark Interval is a campaign mod created as an alternate take on Half-Life 2, incorporating selected early story drafts and cut content. We're creating new maps, assets, characters and story beats to fill in the blanks, and to build a coherent story of its own. The mod is released in episodes, the most recent being Dark Interval: Part I - an intro chapter to the bigger picture.

Truly amazing mod. It's astounding to see how far this project has come since 2010. Beautiful levels, great voice acting, and a wonderful pair of developers who are dedicated to making this experience a memorable one.
Loved every second spent on it, this is a professional work. Eye candy from start to finish, almost all new enviroment, npcs, dialogues.. Can't wait to see next chapters. This must have a Steam page for me, as a pay-mod. Congrats !
The newest release touched on a lot of the previously criticized parts of the mod. Lots of new areas, new gameplay, new weapons, much less bugs, etc.
The mod still maxes out my system and drops the framerate, eg could do with some optimization but it's overall a huge improvement and i'm very keen on seeing where this goes!
