Moddb isn't the best place to find updates for OBM and GD.
it's nothing against you personally, it's against the sandbox mods in general. just get Garry's Mod or JBMod.

JBMod made a comeback and everyone suddenly latched onto the sandbox genre to try and capitalize off of it. needless to say, unless the (well-deserved) hate is engagement to be proud of, it isn't working and it's just flooding the mods section with bs "mods" that just add the beta physics gun and call it a day.
so... any planned features? like, not just that it will be parkour, but I mean actual gameplay features and functions.

why though? there's about a million of these sandbox mods that are "like Garry's Mod" but really just have the Half-Life 2 beta physics gun and not much else. you'd have better luck trying to bring back the toy box than adding the physics gun and getting positive reviews.
I take back my statement about loading triggers. if the seamless transitions work, then I'm sold.

does this mod work like Counter-Life 2 where you buy the weapons, or does it sort of distribute them throughout the mod like SMOD does?

I really don't like the leak engine. it's unstable, and you have to load maps from the console if you don't want your game to crash. sure, you can have triggers that run a command through the console, but that takes away the seamless transitions. better to make a mod from scratch than draw from the leak engine itself. I may not be a programmer, but I'm just giving my humble opinion here.
not to be a killjoy, but you shouldn't post pages on Moddb until you have developmental progress to show (ingame screenshots, videos, etc.) rather than the coverart or such. still, the premise sounds interesting, and I love survival horror. will that AK rifle be included in the mod as well?
this does seem rather neat. I was worried it might just be a skill.cfg edit, but the screenshots and description along with the videos make a compelling mod here.
this is pretty good voiceover. my only advice would be to speak a little quicker.
I think a description/summary of the plot would help this mod a lot better than just stating how close it is to being finished.
